Stay in touch wherever you are

Supporting a loved one with mBC can be difficult. Sometimes, it’s hard to know the right questions to ask, or when to ask them. And what’s more, you can’t always be there to provide support in person.

With EmotionSpace, your loved one can share what she's going through via the app so you can respond appropriately from anywhere. And after she's expressed how she's feeling in writing, it may make it easier for you to discuss sensitive topics face-to-face later.

Connect with each other fast

We’ve designed the app to be as straightforward as possible. Your loved one is asked how she's feeling and why, then what might help her feel better. If she shares her answers with you, you’ll receive a notification immediately. Then you can give her support – whether that’s by reacting through the app itself or giving some help in person as well.

See how it can help

EmotionSpace was designed based on insights from women with mBC in order to make it as useful and sensitive as possible. The short video below shows how it works and what it can do for your loved one.

Help your loved one get more from EmotionSpace

As much as you want to support your loved one, we know you can’t do it alone – and of course, the more support she gets, the better. That’s why the app also includes a section listing local support groups.

By seeking help from these groups and attending their events, your loved one will get the chance to express emotions in person and share how she's doing face-to-face. What's more, the events will also provide opportunities to meet other women with mBC – meaning your loved one will be able to talk to (and even get advice from) women who are in the same situation.
