Never face mBC alone

There’s no right or wrong way to feel with mBC and we know that asking for support from others may sometimes feel daunting.

Some days you may feel angry and desperate, while on others you may feel determined or hopeful. EmotionSpace lets you express all your emotions without judgement, and share them with supporters through the app when needed. So no matter what you’re feeling, you needn’t feel it by yourself.

Find support at your fingertips

There’s no need to bottle things up with EmotionSpace. Whenever something’s on your mind, just use the app to express how you’re feeling and why. Then choose from the suggestions of things that might help you feel better.

After that, you can decide whether to share what you’re feeling and, if so, who to share it with. You’re always in control, so if you don’t want to share something, you don’t have to.

See what EmotionSpace can do for you

To make EmotionSpace as useful as possible, we built the app by working alongside women with mBC. Their support was vital in helping to shape the content and the choices that the app offers.

So you can see what EmotionSpace can do for you, we've developed a short video explaining what it does and how it can help.

Get help in person

The app also includes a customisable screen for you to show the healthcare professionals involved in your breast cancer treatment – so they can see at a glance how you’re doing and respond accordingly. And we also list local support organisations and events in your area, so you can get help face-to-face as well as electronically.

EmotionSpace is totally free to use. Are you ready to give it a try?
